Personal data we process
This website does not ask you for your name, phone number or
e-mail address. There is no contact form, membership, ordering system or visitor
tracking tool. When you visit the site, only the following technical data is
processed:
- Transaction security data: your IP address, date and time of
visit, pages viewed, browser and operating system. These are kept automatically in
our hosting provider’s server logs and are necessary for the security of the site.
The site does not use cookies for visitors; see our
Cookie Policy for details.
If you contact us of your own accord by e-mail or telephone, the contact details
and message you share are processed solely to answer your enquiry.
Purposes of processing
- Keeping the website secure and available
- Detecting misuse and attack attempts
- Responding to questions and requests sent to us
- Meeting our legal obligations
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of the
controller’s compliance with a legal obligation and the controller’s legitimate
interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Method of collection
Data is collected entirely by automated means, through server logs, during your
visit to the website.
Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing
purposes and is not transferred abroad. It resides only on the
servers of our hosting provider, within server logs, so that the
site can stay online.
Data may be shared with legally authorised public authorities to the extent
required by law.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. E-mail correspondence is retained for
the applicable commercial and legal limitation periods after the request is
concluded. At the end of these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request erasure or destruction under Article 7,
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may send requests concerning these rights by e-mail to

Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest. So that we can
verify your identity, your application must include your name, surname and contact
details.
